Venkat is a seasoned entrepreneurial leader in the healthcare space. Venkat’s experience includes forming, financing and scaling healthcare startups, business transformation, product development, supply chain and commercialization. Venkat was most recently Vice President, Strategy and Business Excellence and a member of the executive leadership team at venture backed startup Nalu Medical (Boston Scientific entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Nalu Medical in Oct 2025). Venkat was Head of Finance at Vertiflex (acquired by Boston Scientific). Previously, Venkat founded Nishaan Technologies, an IoT startup in medical distribution and held management and executive leadership roles at Abbott, Boston Scientific, Genentech and Nuvasive.

Sid is CTO/CIO at iTradeNetwork, a Roper Technologies (Nasdaq: ROP) subsidiary, where he leads the development of AI-first agentic applications that transform enterprise workflows and accelerate growth. With deep expertise in applied AI and over a decade of leadership in global tech organizations, Sid combines technical depth with product vision and business impact.

His prior roles at Amazon, Microsoft, Google-Motorola, Planet, and Maxar produced products used by millions worldwide and contributed to $10B+ in IPOs and acquisitions. His work spans robotics, smart devices and AI/ML analytics that power intelligent, data-driven decision-making.
